FACILITY RENTALS
If you have not already considered it, the Bermuda National Gallery is the perfect venue for your next special event. Whether you are planning a cocktail reception, dinner party, presentation, seminar, lecture or your annual general meeting, the professional staff at the Gallery will help to make it a perfect affair. A staff representative will be present through-out the evening to ensure all details run smoothly. If your guests are interested, we would be happy to provide a guide to give a tour of the Gallery and answer any questions you may have regarding the artwork.

The Gallery is available for parties of 20 - 300. Rates are calculated according to the size of your function. The Gallery is available to host your function after 4 p.m. Rates include set-up, cleaning services and insurance costs. A refundable deposit is required to reserve the Gallery. A list of caterers and entertainment will be provided for your convenience.

Example of costs
Director's Circle and Corporate members will receive the following discounts on Gallery rentals for private entertaining:
Patrons: 15% discount
Benefactors: $500 per rental
Sponsors: One free rental per year
Cocktail party for 50 people $750
Dinner party for 50 people $2,000
