ArtReach Museum Education Programme for Schools
In studies, it has been proven that museum education programmes can improve children’s literacy and critical thinking skills. Our aim at the BNG Education Department is to enhance student development by giving them the opportunity to interact with the Museum’s collections and exhibitions, enabling them to learn and understand the historical and cultural contexts in which the works of art were made and how the art pieces are relevant to them.
Teachers, here are BNG's educational programmes designed for your students and your classroom:
- Teachers & Educators
- Adult Docent Programme
- Adult Photography Workshop
- Student Docent/Gallery Guide Program
- Youth Camera Action (YCA)
- BNG Early Years Program
- Art & Me
- Creative Expressions
- Annual Student Art Competition
- Art Camps
