A graduate of Stranmillis College of Education, Belfast, Northern Ireland, Vaughan Evans earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Queen’s University. He was President of the Bermuda Society of Arts from 1989-1992 and since 1997 has attended numerous workshops in the US, Mexico and Europe.
